RANDALL Modiba, head coach of the Boland Cavaliers, has made three changes to his team to face the EP Elephants in a SuperSport Rugby Challenge in Montagu today.

Jacquin Jansen (fullback) is suffering from a bout of flu and will miss the clash. He is replaced by Sergio Torrens (pictured above) who moves from right wing to fullback. The fit again Charles Mayeza will wear the number 14 jersey.

Other changes to the side that beat the SWD Eagles in Wellington sees utility forward Kenan Cronje replacing the injured Ludio Williams at openside flanker whilst Arnout Malherbe replaces Kyle Kruger at loosehead prop. Kruger will be on the replacements bench.

Modiba has also selected two debutants in Erich Kankowski (hooker) and Jaundre Joseph (fullback) on the bench. Kankowski, a former Boland Craven Week and SA Schools representative, has featured for Boland during their pre-season warm-up matches, while Joseph, who plays for Robertson RFC, is still uncapped. The exciting Joseph will be looking to impress Modiba on his debut.

The game at the King Edward Sport Grounds kicks off at 14h30.
